At descriptive phase all users were assessed by the Color-Risk Psychiatric Triage (n = 7,631), assessed by a Psychiatrist or Psychiatry resident from the clinical staff (CRPT1). At validity phase a final sample of n = 158 random subjects were assessed by a simultaneous Color-Risk Psychiatric Triage (CRPT2) and a Crisis Triage Rating Scale (CTRS) in order to test reliability and concurrent validity of CRPT
