  1. Values are shown as mean ± standard deviation or percentage. Subjects with or without depressive mood were compared. Depressive symptom is defined as K6 score ≥9 in a 24-scoring system.
  2. Job strain ratio is defined as a ratio of job demands to job control followed by multiplied by 2. Worksite support score is calculated by adding the scores of supervisor support and colleague support.
  3. For continuous variables we used Student’s T test or Mann–Whitney U test. As to the categorized variables, we used χ2 test.
